Spacek Labs combines conventional waveguide technology with planar circuit techniques producing waveguide bandwidth detectors using Zero Bias Silicon Schottky Barrier diodes. The result is an extremely rugged and compact device. They can also be used to frequency extend EIP counters to 110 GHz.
