The tables below show the most popular units. However, if they do not meet your requirements, special designs are available with relatively short delivery.

Narrower bandwidth amplifiers with lower noise figure or larger output power than shown below are achievable.

Delivery of amplifiers above 60 GHz depend on chip availablity.
