1. Single-sideband noise figure is 3dB higher without image filter, and 1.8 to 2.5dB higher with integrated image filter.

Noise figure is measured with hot/cold loads-calibrated noise sources for frequencies up to 40 GHz, and with hot/cold loads for frequencies over 40 GHz.

Image-Rejection Mixer-Preamplifiers

These units consist of 4 diodes-mixers in which the RF is applied in phase, LO with 90o phase difference and IF is extracted through a 90o hybrid. Lower and upper sidebands are available at 2 separate SMA output connectors.
