Spacek Labs millimeter-wave Gunn oscillators use high Q resonator circuits to produce clean and stable output signals. Spacek Labs can provide these mm-wave Gunn oscillators at any frequency in all the major waveguide bands from 26.5 to 110 GHz. - Ka-band (WR-28), Q-band (WR-22), U-band (WR-19), V-band (WR-15), E-band (WR-12), and W-band (WR-10). The bias input contains an integrated, low frequency suppression filter and over voltage protection circuit. These Gunn oscillators can be used as a laboratory source, a multiplier driver, local oscillator or whenever a reliable source for the generation of millimeter-wave signals is required.
