Model A940-12XW-8 is a X12 active frequency multiplier intended to extend a 10 dBm low frequency input signal at 7.833 GHz up to 94.0 GHz with a minimum output power of 4dBm. While maintaining excellent rejection of unwanted harmonics, the A940-12XW-8 contains a series of amplifier and multiplier stages designed to achieve optimum power levels at all stages. Undesired harmonics are kept below -30dBc and the output can be configured in either WR-10 or WR-8 waveguide. Internal voltage regulation allows the application of any bias voltage between +8 and +12VDC at a current of 500mA and the unit is delivered with a heatsink to manage thermal dissipation.
