Spacek Labs Model FS-90-100-12 frequency synthesizer produces +12 dBm minimum output power from 90 to 100 GHz in WR-10 waveguide. This frequency source uses a low frequency synthesizer (Fop: 22.5 to 25 GHz) followed by a bandpass filter to a X4 multiplier with an output amplifier. Frequency stability is ± 1PPM from 0 to +50°C and the phase noise is -65 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. Step size is 4 kHz with frequency control through RS-485 or USB. The input bias is +12 VDC @ 1.8A. Spacek Labs’ frequency synthesizer product line is available in all standard bands from 26.5 to 110 GHz.
